Effective May 22, 2026. By using New World Network, you agree to follow these terms, the server rules, and the applicable Tebex checkout terms.
New World Network operates the community, website, server experience, package descriptions, delivery setup, and support process. Payments are processed through Tebex and its payment partners. Tebex checkout, fraud screening, tax calculation, payment authorization, payment history, and receipts may be governed by Tebex's own terms and policies in addition to these terms.
New World Network is an independent community project. It is not an official Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Tebex, One Piece, or Mine Mine no Mi product, service, event, server, or partnership, and it is not approved by or associated with those entities. All game, platform, and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.
Packages sold through the webstore are digital server-related items or access benefits. They may include beta access, ranks, crate keys, cosmetics, bundles, limited edition rewards, titles, commands, in-game currency, access permissions, or other digital benefits described on the package page at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username during checkout and for confirming that the account can join the New World Network server. Delivery is normally automatic, but delivery can be delayed by payment review, username mistakes, platform outages, server maintenance, modpack issues, permission sync delays, or anti-fraud checks.
You must have permission to use the payment method and Minecraft account connected to the purchase. If you are under the age of legal majority in your location, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing. You are responsible for the security of your Minecraft account, Discord account, email account, and payment account.
Purchasing a package does not give immunity from server rules. Staff may warn, mute, kick, suspend, ban, wipe, reset, or remove access from any account that violates rules, abuses bugs, exploits purchases, harasses players, performs fraud, attempts chargebacks, disrupts the community, bypasses moderation, or harms the server economy.
New World Network is a live Minecraft server. Balancing, patches, economy changes, mod updates, resets, wipes, downtime, beta tests, map changes, command changes, reward changes, crate table changes, and rank adjustments may happen over time to protect stability, balance, safety, or compliance.
All purchases are final. Because packages are digital server benefits that may be consumed, activated, delivered, or made available immediately, New World Network does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cash redemptions, or store credit for completed purchases unless required by applicable law, required by Tebex or a payment processor, or approved by New World Network for a verified technical or billing issue.
Contact Discord support before opening a payment dispute. Unresolved chargebacks, fraudulent payments, unauthorized payment claims, abuse of payment protections, or reversal attempts may result in suspension or removal of store benefits and server access while the matter is reviewed.
Limited edition packages, seasonal rewards, beta offers, founder rewards, bundles, and promotions may be changed, paused, removed, sold out, or retired without advance notice. A limited edition listing does not guarantee future availability, resale, replacement, or permanent exclusivity unless the package page expressly says so.
You may not use the website, store, Discord, or server to commit fraud, exploit bugs, interfere with checkout, bypass package limits, scrape or attack services, sell or transfer benefits for real-world value, impersonate staff, threaten chargebacks for leverage, use stolen payment methods, evade sanctions, or violate applicable laws.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. If applicable consumer-protection law, Tebex rules, payment processor rules, or another mandatory requirement gives you a non-waivable right, that required rule controls only to the extent required.
