Effective May 22, 2026. This policy covers the website, server, creator news tools, Discord support, and Tebex-related support workflows.
We may receive your Minecraft username, Discord username, support-ticket messages, package names, order timing, delivery status, server logs, join records, moderation records, gameplay identifiers, launcher troubleshooting details, and technical information needed to run the server and keep gameplay fair.
Payments are processed by Tebex and its payment partners. New World Network may see order details needed to deliver rewards, such as Minecraft username, package name, transaction status, Tebex transaction identifiers, chargeback status, fraud-review signals, country or tax-region indicators, and limited receipt details made available through Tebex.
Information is used to provide access, deliver purchases, answer support tickets, verify orders, investigate rule violations, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to chargebacks, maintain server security, troubleshoot launcher or delivery issues, improve gameplay balance, and announce important server updates.
News creator login is used only for staff publishing access. Creator sessions may store a signed session cookie, username, timestamps, and moderation records for posts created, edited, or deleted through the local creator dashboard.
Discord, Tebex, payment providers, hosting providers, moderation tools, Minecraft skin preview providers, Microsoft or Mojang services, and analytics or security tools may process information under their own policies. We may share relevant records when needed for purchase fulfillment, support, safety, compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute response.
Server logs, moderation notes, news creator records, store records, and support history may be kept as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, safety, accounting, fraud prevention, gameplay integrity, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Unneeded data may be deleted during routine maintenance.
For privacy or support requests, open a ticket in the official Discord and include your Minecraft username plus the request you want staff to review.
