New World Network sells digital Minecraft server benefits through Tebex Checkout. Because digital benefits can be activated, delivered, consumed, or made available immediately, they cannot be returned like physical goods.
No Refund Policy
Digital server purchases are final once checkout is complete.
Effective May 22, 2026. This policy applies to ranks, crates, cosmetics, bundles, beta access, limited editions, and other digital rewards.
No Refunds, Returns, Or Exchanges
Except where required by applicable law, required by Tebex or a payment processor, or approved by New World Network for a verified issue, we do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, partial refunds, cash redemptions, or substitutions after checkout is completed.
Examples That Are Not Refund Reasons
Changing your mind, buying the wrong package, entering the wrong username, not reading the description, failing to install the launcher, being unable to run Minecraft, being punished for rule violations, server balance changes, downtime, latency, third-party outages, unused rewards, or lost account access are not refund reasons.
Delivery Issues
If a package does not arrive, wait at least 30 minutes, confirm the correct Minecraft username was used, then open a Discord support ticket with your Minecraft username, order email, Tebex transaction ID, package name, and purchase time. If we verify a New World Network technical fault, the normal remedy is support-assisted delivery, repair, replacement, or a comparable digital benefit.
Duplicate Or Unauthorized Purchases
Duplicate purchases and unauthorized-payment claims must be reviewed through support, Tebex, and the payment provider. Fraudulent purchases, stolen payment methods, false claims, or abusive disputes may result in removal of benefits and loss of server access.
Chargebacks
Contact support before filing a chargeback. Opening a payment dispute does not guarantee a refund and may cause Tebex or New World Network to suspend, remove, or block benefits while the dispute is reviewed.
Mandatory Legal Rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. If a law, Tebex rule, or payment processor rule requires a different outcome, that required outcome controls only to the extent required.
